Training Manual
Learn how to get the most out of your Voice2Evolve practice sessions.
Train before it matters.
Quick Start
- Configure the session: Situation, counterpart, context.
- Choose sparring intensity: Structure, Professional, High Pressure, or Reality.
- Start sparring: Speak naturally, adapt under pressure, review the analysis.
What Voice2Evolve Is
Voice2Evolve is a voice-first sparring platform for high-stakes conversations.
- Not a chatbot
- Not a supportive coach
- A sparring partner that applies pressure
You speak. It responds. You adapt.
Every session ends with a forensic analysis of what happened under pressure.
Who It's For
Professionals preparing for conversations where performance matters:
- Job interviews
- Negotiations
- Escalations
If pressure changes your performance, this platform is relevant.
Two Ways to Use It
Periodical training
Recurring reps against a standard situation. Use a saved context, a standing scenario, or a recurring interview type. Build the reflex over time until the response is automatic regardless of pressure.
Ad-hoc prep
One specific upcoming conversation. Feed in the exact situation — this counterpart, this deal, this job description — and rehearse it once or several times before the real thing. The analysis tells you what broke down. Fix it before it counts.
The Training Flow
1. Configure the Session
Situation
The type of conversation you are training for: negotiation or job interview. Your organization may make additional scenarios available.
Counterpart
The persona the AI plays. Each persona has a defined role, personality, tone, and behaviour — not a generic bot but a specific character to prepare against.
Two sources:
- Catalog personas — curated by Voice2Evolve and available to all users.
- Organization personas — authored by your tenant admin for your team. Your admin can build a persona that mirrors your real procurement lead, a hiring panel archetype, or any counterpart specific to your context.
Context
The background the counterpart works from. Three sources:
- Catalog contexts — curated by Voice2Evolve, organized by procurement category and negotiation stage. Pick one and go. Best for training against standard situations.
- Organization contexts — published by your tenant admin: an uploaded document, freeform text, or a structured questionnaire your team has prepared. Shared across your organization and reusable.
- Your own context — write or paste the background for your exact situation. Saved to your account so you can return to it. Best for ad-hoc prep before a specific deal or conversation.
How context is used: it becomes the brief the counterpart negotiates from. In negotiation scenarios, first-person buyer wording in the context is read as your objectives to push back on — not the AI's. This means you can paste a verbatim brief from your side and the AI will use it to pressure-test your position.
Job interview scenarios do not use catalog contexts. Instead, they draw on the job description and your experience summary — see Job Interview Mode.
2. Choose Sparring Intensity
See What Sparring Intensity Means for a full breakdown.
Intensity is locked once the session starts.
3. Start Sparring
The session begins immediately.
Speak naturally. Respond under pressure. Adapt in real time.
There is no pause button. This is deliberate.
What Sparring Intensity Means
Intensity controls how hard the counterpart pushes, how much it coaches you during the conversation, and which band your performance is benchmarked against in your progress view.
| Level | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Structure | Guardrails on. Hints when you stall. The counterpart gives you room to find your footing. For building the basic shape. |
| Professional (default) | Realistic but fair. The counterpart applies real pressure without going off-script. Where most training should live. |
| High Pressure | Aggressive tactics, harder objections, minimal hand-holding. For testing whether the structure holds under fire. |
| Reality | No guardrails. No coaching mid-session. Real-world intensity — nothing softened. Only step up here when you are stable at High Pressure. |
Compare performance within the same intensity band. Progress at one level does not predict performance at the next.
Job Interview Mode
What it is for: prepare and run a live mock interview for one exact role and job description — once, or several times before the real one.
How to set it up:
- Choose the interview scenario and an interviewer persona.
- Add the job description — paste the text, or upload a file.
- Add a summary of your experience — paste from your CV or upload the file. Personal identifiers (email, phone, address) are stripped automatically.
Running the session:
The AI interviewer works from the job description and your profile. It knows the role requirements and will probe accordingly.
Run it as many times as you need. Each run creates a fresh session with its own transcript and analysis. The analysis shows what improved, what regressed, and where to focus next.
What we keep:
The job description and your profile summary are encrypted and auto-expire after 30 days.
Invited by a Recruiter?
A recruiter or headhunter can invite you directly into a mock interview built around a specific role — their scenario, their interviewer persona, their job description.
What happens:
- You receive an email with a secure link.
- The link signs you in — no password required.
- A welcome page shows you the role, the interviewer you will face, and the job description they have provided.
- Press Start to begin the mock interview.
You can repeat the interview as many times as you want before the real one. Each attempt creates a new session with its own analysis.
Invite links expire. If your link has expired, ask the recruiter to send a fresh one.
For recruiters: creating candidate invites — scenario, persona, job description, candidate profile, consent confirmation, and optional reusable presets — is done from the Tenant Admin Center. See the Tenant Admin Center Guide.
During the Session
- Use headphones when possible.
- Avoid background noise.
- Let the counterpart finish speaking before responding.
- Treat it as real.
Transcripts are recorded for analysis. Session data auto-deletes after 30 days unless saved to your account.
After the Session
You receive a structured performance analysis.
The report includes:
- Executive summary
- Phase-by-phase breakdown
- Critical moments
- Voice patterns
- Strategic blind spots
- Next-session focus
We do not simply score you. We show you what shifted the conversation.

Frequently Asked
Can I pause a session?
No. Sessions run continuously by design.
Can I redo a session?
Yes. Start another session. Progress is tracked over time.
Can I practice the same interview more than once?
