These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Voice2Evolve website and application (“Service”) operated by
Voice2Evolve UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“Voice2Evolve”, “we”, “us”).
1. Scope
These Terms apply to visitors and users of the Voice2Evolve website and application.
If you are a consumer purchasing a personal Voice2Evolve session or personal credit pack, these Terms, the checkout information, and the Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy form the consumer purchase contract for the service. The Master Services Agreement and Master Data Processing Agreement do not apply to that personal consumer purchase.
The Master Services Agreement (MSA) applies only where a business, recruiter, agency, or other organization purchases or contracts for Voice2Evolve services in a business capacity, together with any applicable Order Form and data-processing terms.
For Voice2Evolve Worlds, the Worlds End User Terms govern free-tier and paid subscription access. A Worlds subscription is a separate consumer product and does not include Voice2Evolve credits, candidate-session access, or other commercial Voice2Evolve services.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Nature of the Service
Voice2Evolve provides AI-supported voice-based training and simulation services.
The Service is:
- educational and practice-oriented,
- based on simulated scenarios,
- not a hiring, assessment, or decision-making tool,
- not legal, psychological, or professional advice.
2a. Voice recording notice
Voice sessions conducted through the Service involve live voice audio transmission and AI processing for the purpose of providing speech recognition, AI-generated responses, transcription, and post-session analysis. Under the current documented service flow, Voice2Evolve does not retain raw session audio after processing. By starting a voice session, you acknowledge that your live voice audio will be transmitted and processed, and you consent to that voice and AI processing for the duration of the session.
If you are located in a US state that requires all parties to a recorded communication to consent to the recording (currently: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington), this notice — together with the session-start confirmation in the application — constitutes Voice2Evolve's notification to you and your consent is required before the session begins.
Voice2Evolve does not use voice data to identify you biometrically or build voice identification profiles.
2b. Sessions arranged by a recruiter or headhunter
If you received an invitation to use the Service from a recruitment agency, headhunter, or executive search firm (the "Recruiter") as part of a job application process, the following additional terms apply to your session.
1. Who arranged this session. This session was organized by the Recruiter using their Voice2Evolve account. The Recruiter is the Data Controller for your session data. Voice2Evolve processes your data as a Processor on the Recruiter's behalf.
2. Who can see your analysis. Your AI-generated coaching analysis — including scores, qualitative feedback, and improvement suggestions — will be shared with the Recruiter. The Recruiter uses this to support your preparation and to discuss your progress with you. Your coaching analysis is your coaching output; you receive it as the primary recipient.
3. How the Recruiter may use your analysis. The Recruiter has agreed with Voice2Evolve that it will not:
- use your AI coaching analysis as the sole basis for any decision that has a significant effect on your recruitment (including whether to put you forward for a role or exclude you from a process);
- share your coaching analysis, transcript excerpts, or other Voice2Evolve session outputs with the client employer (the company you are being recruited for) without your explicit written consent.
4. Your right to human review. If you believe that any decision affecting your recruitment was made solely or primarily on the basis of automated AI output, you have the right to request a human review of that decision from the Recruiter. Contact the Recruiter at the address provided in their candidate privacy notice.
5. Your data rights. For access, rectification, deletion, or other data rights requests in relation to this session, contact the Recruiter as Data Controller. For questions about Voice2Evolve's processing, contact help@voice2evolve.com.
6. Live voice processing consent. Your session will involve live voice audio transmission and AI processing. By confirming your session, you acknowledge this and consent to voice and AI processing for the duration of the session. You may withdraw this consent before the session starts.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information,
- keeping your login credentials secure,
- all activities conducted under your account.
Voice2Evolve may offer sign-in through third-party identity providers (for example, Google or Microsoft Azure). If you choose such a method, you authorize Voice2Evolve to receive account information made available by that provider for authentication and account access purposes. Your use of the third-party sign-in service is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing accounts or attempting to bypass access controls is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations,
- engage in discriminatory, abusive, or harmful conduct,
- attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures, or otherwise disrupt or misuse the platform,
- use automated scripts, bots, or similar means to access the Service, except through APIs expressly provided by Voice2Evolve,
- resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to unauthorized third parties,
- use the Service as a basis for building a competing product or service,
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or
- introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
Voice2Evolve may restrict or suspend access immediately in case of misuse.
5. No guarantees
AI-generated outputs and optional features are provided subject to the limitations described below. Nothing in these Terms excludes the consumer's mandatory rights to supply, conformity, remedies, updates, security, accessibility, or damages under applicable law.
We do not guarantee:
- specific outcomes or performance improvements,
- uninterrupted availability,
- accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
The Service uses probabilistic AI systems. Outputs may vary, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for training and educational purposes only. AI-generated outputs do not constitute factual, legal, employment-related, or professional advice and do not produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on users within the meaning of GDPR Article 22(1).
For users in the United States and Canada, these disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
6. Fees and payments
The product, number of sessions or credits, total price, currency, taxes, payment method, and seller or merchant of record are shown at checkout before you place the order. Personal session and credit-pack purchases are one-off purchases and do not renew automatically.
Where Stripe Managed Payments is enabled, the Stripe-hosted checkout identifies the applicable Link seller or merchant of record for the transaction and provides the payment receipt or invoice. Voice2Evolve remains the service operator and is responsible for product delivery, product support, privacy, AI and voice disclosures, conformity, and the consumer remedies it retains. Where Managed Payments is not used, the checkout identifies the direct payment arrangement.
Personal credits do not expire while the relevant service remains generally available. Credits are personal and non-transferable. Refunds, withdrawals, technical-failure remedies, and the treatment of unused credits are governed by these Terms, the Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy, and mandatory law.
Recurring Worlds subscription charges, renewal, period-end cancellation, and subscription access are governed by the Worlds End User Terms and the Right of Withdrawal Policy.
6a. Order process, contract formation, and contract record
Before ordering, you can review and correct the selected product, account or email details, price, and required acknowledgements. You place the order by using the final payment or order button in the hosted checkout. The transaction contract is formed when the seller identified at checkout accepts the order or confirms successful payment. Voice2Evolve's obligation to supply the purchased service begins when payment is confirmed to Voice2Evolve.
The checkout language and the versions of the applicable Terms, withdrawal policy, privacy policy, and immediate-performance request are recorded with the transaction. A confirmation and the applicable payment receipt or invoice are sent electronically. You may download the public legal documents before ordering and request a copy of the contract record from help@voice2evolve.com.
6b. Immediate performance and withdrawal
If you ask Voice2Evolve to begin a paid service before an applicable withdrawal period ends, that request does not by itself end the withdrawal right. Where mandatory law permits, proportionate compensation may be payable for service supplied before withdrawal. The right for a paid service expires after complete performance only where the legal requirements for the prior request and acknowledgement have been met. The Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy explains the process, deadlines, model form, and available online declaration routes.
6c. Supply, conformity, updates, changes, and remedies
Voice2Evolve supplies a purchased session or credits without undue delay after confirmed payment, subject to any timing expressly shown at checkout. The service must conform to the agreed description and to the objective requirements of applicable consumer law, including relevant functionality, compatibility, continuity, security, accessibility, support information, and updates.
We provide security and functional updates required to keep a purchased digital service in conformity for the period required by the contract and applicable law. You should install or apply an update within a reasonable time after being informed of its availability and the consequences of not applying it, where an update requires action from you.
We may modify the service where the contract permits and there is a valid reason, such as legal or security requirements, abuse prevention, provider or technical changes, interoperability, accessibility, or improvement of the service. A modification will not impose an additional charge. Where required, we will give clear advance notice on a durable medium. If a modification more than minimally and negatively affects access to or use of a paid digital service, you may terminate without charge within the period provided by mandatory law unless you can retain the unmodified conforming service without additional cost.
If we fail to supply or the service does not conform, contact help@voice2evolve.com. Mandatory remedies may include supply, bringing the service into conformity free of charge within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, a proportionate price reduction, termination, reimbursement, and damages. The conditions and sequence of remedies are governed by applicable mandatory law; these Terms do not restrict them.
7. Intellectual property
Voice2Evolve retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.
Your rights to content you provide or generate are governed by the applicable contractual agreement.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Voice2Evolve may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or applicable agreements.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Paid self-serve consumer purchases require the purchaser to be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering the contract, unless Voice2Evolve introduces a separately documented guardian-authorized purchase flow. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
9a. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, product-liability claims, fraud, or mandatory consumer remedies. For ordinary negligence, Voice2Evolve remains liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the loss that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was made, to the extent such a limitation is permitted. Any further limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law applicable to the consumer.
10. Governing law
These Terms are currently available in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between published versions, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise. Residents of the United States and Canada retain any rights to bring claims before courts or regulators in their jurisdiction of residence that cannot be waived by contractual choice of forum under applicable mandatory law.
