Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version prevails.

This document sets out the withdrawal ("Widerrufsrecht") and refund policy for purchases made through Voice2Evolve UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Voice2Evolve", "we", "our"). This document applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal and are governed solely by the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Order Form.

1. Nature of Our Service

Voice2Evolve provides digital, interactive training services, including mock interviews and AI-based simulations (“Services”). These Services are personalized, provided on demand, and may begin immediately after purchase if the Customer expressly requests immediate execution. Where a Customer buys multiple credits or sessions, each session is treated as a separate performance for withdrawal and refund purposes.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. A request to start a session during the withdrawal period does not by itself end that right. If a consumer withdraws after expressly requesting immediate performance, Voice2Evolve may claim proportionate compensation for the service supplied up to the time of withdrawal where the legal requirements are met. For a paid service, the right of withdrawal for a fully performed session expires only after complete performance where the consumer expressly requested performance before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged before performance that the right would be lost upon complete performance. Unused credits remain subject to the applicable withdrawal and refund rules during the statutory withdrawal period.

Voice2Evolve Worlds is a separate digital subscription service. Where a consumer buys a paid Worlds subscription, the subscription may provide immediate access to paid digital functionality, game progression, live voice missions, and AI-supported character interactions. Worlds subscription withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rules are described in Section 4a below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU and Germany)

This Policy applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal and are governed solely by the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Order Form.

Widerrufsbelehrung (Deutschland)

Widerrufsrecht: Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn (14) Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Voice2Evolve UG (haftungsbeschränkt), E-Mail: help@voice2evolve.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. per E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Folgen des Widerrufs: Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.

Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistung während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen soll, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht, soweit die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen hierfür vorliegen.

Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts: Bei einem Vertrag über die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen erlischt Ihr Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB mit der vollständigen Erbringung der Dienstleistung, wenn Sie vor Beginn der Erbringung ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass wir vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Leistung beginnen, und Sie bestätigt haben, dass Ihnen bekannt ist, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht bei vollständiger Vertragserfüllung verlieren. Der bloße Beginn einer Sitzung lässt das Widerrufsrecht nicht erlöschen. Nicht genutzte Credits bleiben während der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist nach Maßgabe des anwendbaren Rechts widerrufs- bzw. erstattungsfähig.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and § 356 Abs. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For paid services, beginning performance early does not by itself end the right. Where the consumer made the required express request, proportionate compensation may be due for service supplied before withdrawal. The right for a fully performed service expires only upon complete performance where the required prior request and acknowledgement were obtained. Unused credits in a multi-credit purchase remain subject to withdrawal and refund rights during the applicable withdrawal period.

During the checkout process, the consumer must actively provide the following consent via an unchecked checkbox before payment can be completed:

“I expressly request that Voice2Evolve may begin each session before the withdrawal period ends. I understand that, if I withdraw after performance has started, I may owe proportionate compensation for the service already supplied. I also understand that my right of withdrawal for a fully performed session expires only after complete performance where the legal requirements are met.”

You may exercise your 14-day withdrawal right by notifying us via email at help@voice2evolve.com or, where available for the purchase, by using the online withdrawal function. The direct one-session checkout currently provides the email route rather than a separate electronic withdrawal button; this does not limit any applicable statutory right. Include your transaction or session identifier so we can link the notice to the purchase. For multi-credit purchases, unused credits remain refundable during the withdrawal period. If a session has started but has not been fully performed when you withdraw, contact us so the service already supplied and any lawful proportionate compensation can be assessed. We will provide the applicable refund within 14 days of your request.

3. Right of Withdrawal (United Kingdom)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance service contract.

By confirming your order and selecting “start immediately,” you:

expressly request the immediate provision of each session; and
acknowledge that proportionate payment may be due for service supplied before cancellation and that the right may be lost after the service is fully performed where the legal requirements are met.

If you cancel within 14 days, unused service remains refundable and lawful proportionate payment may apply to service already supplied.

4. United States – Refund Policy

US purchases do not receive the EU statutory withdrawal right or the EU online withdrawal function. Refunds, cancellation rights, and service remedies remain available where required by applicable federal or state law, payment-provider or card-network rules, the checkout terms, or an express Voice2Evolve service-remediation decision. No statement in this Policy limits a non-waivable consumer remedy.

If technical issues prevent the service from being delivered (e.g., server outage or payment error), Voice2Evolve will either:

Reschedule the session at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund where required by applicable law or where Voice2Evolve determines, in good faith, that the service could not be delivered.

4a. Voice2Evolve Worlds Subscriptions

This section applies to paid Voice2Evolve Worlds subscriptions purchased by consumers.

EU and Germany. Worlds is treated as a digital service because the subscription provides continuing, adaptive access rather than a one-off supply of fixed digital content. The initial subscription contract has a 14-day withdrawal period. Asking us to start Worlds immediately does not by itself remove that right. This follows the service rules in §§ 356 and 357a BGB and the Court of Justice's digital-service analysis in Case C-234/25, Sky Österreich (9 July 2026).

Immediate performance and proportionate compensation. Checkout asks you expressly to request immediate performance before the 14-day period ends and informs you that, if you later withdraw within that period, we may retain proportionate compensation for the service already supplied. The compensation is calculated from the gross amount paid using the actual elapsed service time divided by the actual initial billing-period time. The remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method. The exact calculation is displayed before the final withdrawal confirmation.

Practical effect. During the first 14 days, the Worlds account area presents a two-step online function: first “Withdraw from contract”, then “Confirm withdrawal.” Confirmation records the declaration, ends paid Worlds access immediately, cancels the subscription in the dedicated Worlds payment account, starts the calculated refund, and sends a durable receipt to the verified account email. Temporary payment-provider failure does not undo the recorded declaration or restore access; the account shows a retry control and current execution status.

Renewals and ordinary cancellation. Ordinary cancellation is separate from statutory withdrawal. It stops future renewal and normally leaves access active until the current paid period ends. It does not automatically refund that period except where mandatory law, this Policy, or an agreed service remedy provides otherwise.

United States and Canada. Worlds subscriptions are recurring subscriptions. Before subscribing, the checkout or account flow should clearly disclose price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any trial or promotional terms. You may cancel future renewals through the cancellation method made available for the subscription. Local state, provincial, card-network, or payment-provider rules may give you additional rights.

Worlds checkout request. Worlds checkout asks for text materially equivalent to:

"I expressly request that Worlds service begins immediately and understand that proportionate compensation may be deducted if I withdraw."

Voice2Evolve may retain the version of the terms, withdrawal policy, and checkout text accepted at checkout.

5. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal (if applicable)

For eligible credit purchases and Worlds subscriptions made through the online account, a continuously accessible withdrawal function is displayed during the withdrawal period. Select “Withdraw from contract”, provide or confirm the required details, and then select “Confirm withdrawal.” A direct one-session purchase currently uses the email route described above and does not have a separate electronic account button. We record the content, date, and time of the declaration and send an acknowledgement without undue delay to the verified account email where an account is available. For credits, unused credits are reserved and refunded proportionally. For Worlds, paid access ends immediately and the time-based service compensation and refund displayed before confirmation are recorded. This online function supplements, and does not replace, withdrawal by email or another unequivocal statement. It implements Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and, for Germany, § 356a BGB.

Account submissions are linked automatically to the authenticated purchase. For an email or other offline declaration, include your session ID or Stripe transaction ID so the purchase can be identified.

Requests sent to help@voice2evolve.com are handled as official legal and contractual notices for the purposes of this Policy.

We will confirm receipt of your request via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
