Your fee depends on the placement landing and holding. A candidate who has already recovered from a hard question in a controlled setting is a different animal in the room than one who hasn't. Voice2Evolve costs €30–€40 per candidate session. Your placement fee is €20,000–40,000. The math is uncomfortable in the right direction.
How it works
You upload the job description and candidate CV. Voice2Evolve generates the session plan: persona, pressure points, likely objections, calibrated to the role.
You send the candidate a magic link. One click. No account setup, no app download, no explanation required.
The candidate is placed directly in a live 30-minute adversarial session. The AI counterpart is calibrated to the role, the company’s pressure style, and the likely interview challenges.
Analysis is ready when the session ends. The candidate receives it automatically. You review it if they share their session ID.
You arrive at the debrief knowing exactly where your candidate is strong and where they are fragile.
Sessions run under your firm’s name. Candidates see your identity, not ours. The preparation experience becomes part of your service proposition, not a third-party tool you’re recommending. Voice2Evolve appears only as a small footer. The capability is yours.

Session audio is not retained after processing. All data is scoped to your tenant and subject to your configured retention policy. A Data Processing Agreement is included with all recruiter accounts.
